Natalie Scheidt is a special education teacher and leader with 17 years of experience in schools, including teaching students in grades 5-11, coaching teachers and school leaders, designing and leading professional development workshops, and overseeing all aspects of the special education IEP process. She has worked in public and charter schools in Arizona, Massachusetts, New York City, and Connecticut. Through her work, she has cultivated a deep belief that every student has the capacity to find success within their school setting, and to build the skills to have meaningful post-secondary lives. The Power Within Project allows her to further her mission of ensuring that every student has a successful transition out of high school.
